Are your wheel axels loose? Sound crunchy? Not spinning properly? You might need a axel overhaul. Parts you would most likely need are barrings or an axel (not included). Worst case scenario you need a whole new hub or wheel. You don't need an appointment usually but best to make one if you need your wheel back the same day.
